It has been observed that talented children in low income families , are facing a hurdles when it comes to pursuing their education. There are many government and non governmental organisations that are set up to help such children . It is vital that timely assistance need to be given to these children to develop and instill respectful qualities. Even Though intellectuals appear within the current educational system, the number of persons that develop respectful and wholesome qualities are far and few between. Therefore the target of this campaign is to develop and support children , who are facing harsh financial difficulties , and to deliver individuals who are abound with wholesome qualities to future society . The founder of Shraddah Tv and Shraddah radio most Ven Kiribathgoda Gnananada thero has given his full support and blessings for this project.
The Scholarship program will be executed in this way.
From the letter that have been chosen an application will be sent out. The application will then be requested to be filled out and validated by the principle, and asked to be mailed to Shraddha tv . Later the applications will be analyzed by a panel and scholarship recipients chosen.
for students who will be studying up to Ordinary level examinations the donation amount will be RS 1100. For student who be studying towards advance level up to University the amount will be Rs 2000. You can participate by one of the three methods outlined below.
Providing a monthly donation amount of Rs 1100 or Rs 2000 can sponsor a child . The donation amount can either be paid in full for the year, Instalments throughout the year or monthly installments. Thereupon the scholarship can be continued on a yearly basis by the sponsors . If however an emergency is to occur to the sponsor and the sponsorship money can no longer be paid, please inform us and arrangements will be made.
Donation can also be made based on a preferred amount , and thus helping the Shraddha scholarship program.
